  • Overseeing day-to-day operational performance across all assigned branches

  • Supporting Registered Managers and Branch Managers with leadership, audits, and service delivery

  • Ensuring consistency in quality, compliance, and service standards across locations

  • Conducting regional monitoring visits, supervision, and performance reviews

  • Coordinating regional responses to safeguarding, incidents, and complaints

  • Supporting recruitment, workforce planning, and resource allocation across branches

  • Driving continuous improvement, best practices, and KPI achievement

  • Acting as a key contact for local authorities, ICBs, hospitals, and partner organisations within the region
