Ensuring consistency in quality, compliance, and service standards across locations
Conducting regional monitoring visits, supervision, and performance reviews
Coordinating regional responses to safeguarding, incidents, and complaints
Supporting recruitment, workforce planning, and resource allocation across branches
Driving continuous improvement, best practices, and KPI achievement
Acting as a key contact for local authorities, ICBs, hospitals, and partner organisations within the region
